The tali enclosure is provided as a member of an artificial ankle plastic surgery to match against the resected talus. The talus fornix has a smooth and slow upper joint side toward the tibia and a lower mounting side with flat surfaces inclined to each other complementary to the flat surface of the excised talar. On the lower part or on the mounting side, the talus plaque is integral with the fornix body and includes at least two or more pegs projecting firmly. Pegs are implanted in the talus to attach the talon disc to the talus during surgery and taper along the flat surface as they go to the tip.
