SOLUTION: An adhesive tape A composed of a support layer a1 and an adhesive layer a2, and a pad layer B comprising a film layer b1 having flexibility, elasticity, waterproofness and moisture permeability, and a hydrocolloid composition layer b2. An adhesive tape comprising: an adhesive layer a2 and a film layer b1 adjacent to each other, an adhesive tape A and a pad layer B being laminated, and the water vapor permeability of the film layer b1 is 700 g/m2·24 hr or more, and the adhesive tape. The concealment rate of the laminated portion of A and the pad layer B is less than 10%, and the resolution is 1.6 or more.
