The present invention provides an adhesive tape structure and method of use. The adhesive tape structure includes an adhesive tape body having two first adhesive sections and a covering pad disposed between the two first adhesive sections, and two backing members each having a second adhesive section and a tug section extended from the second adhesive section. The backing member, configured to be removably attached to the first adhesive section by the second adhesive section, conceals the covering pad. The tug sections of the two backing members are positioned side by side. By pulling a through hole or a hook formed on the tug section, a user may peel off the backing member from the adhesive tape body.
