The control part determines the body condition of a user based on body information of the user obtained through the sensing part, and determines an operation mode based on the determined body condition of the user, but if the control part determines that the determined operation mode is not an optimal operation mode for the user, the control part adds body information of the user, and controls the readjustment of the operation mode based on the added body information of the user.
