PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponics method of leaf vegetables which is excellent in taste, and hard to discolor even if it is kept for a long period after harvesting.SOLUTION: This hydroponics method of the leaf vegetables includes cultivating seedlings after raising seedling by first flooded solution culture for 4-13 days, spray culture for 20-8 days, and second flooded solution culture for 1-3 days. In the spray culture, a nutrient solution brought into mist of a size of average 70-180 &mum is used.
