PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in a seedling transplanter in which a seedling-planting mechanism 11 for planting seedlings on a ridge in a field, a seedling-transferring and supplying mechanisms 12 for transferring and supplying the seedlings to the seedling-planting mechanism, a refilling member 20 for the planted places where the seedlings are planted with the seedling-planting mechanism, and a seat 34 on which a worker rides are disposed in a travel machine frame 3 formed to travel with travel wheels 4, 5 disposed on both the right and left sides.SOLUTION: The seedling-planting mechanism 11 and the refilling member 20 are disposed in the front portion of the travel machine frame 3, and the seedling-transferring and supplying mechanisms 12 is disposed above the seedling-planting mechanism 11 and the refilling member 20.
