PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter that can suitably plant seedlings in a field, while enhancing its operability.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter 1 includes a traveling vehicle body 5, a seedling planting device 6 provided at the rear of the traveling vehicle body 5 for planting seedlings in a field, a travel state detection device 8 for detecting the travel state of the traveling vehicle body 5, and a control device 7 for controlling the traveling vehicle body 5 and the seedling planting device 6. The traveling vehicle body 5 includes an engine 11 serving as a power source, a pair of right and left wheels 12, a steering wheel 31 for steering the wheels 12, a front-wheel differential unit 21 for assisting straight running so that the travel state is straight running, and a differential lock clutch 56 for switching the differential locking state of the front-wheel differential unit 21.
