The present invention relates to an ultrasonic transducer having a backing layer formed of a plurality of materials with different acoustic impedances and a manufacturing method therefor. More specifically, the backing layer includes first to third materials with different acoustic impedances the first material is bonded to a portion of the bottom of an piezoelectric element the second material is bonded to the remaining portion of the bottom of the piezoelectric element and is disposed parallel to the first material to make contact with the same the third material is successively bonded to the bottoms of the first and second materials and the first to third materials are bonded to form the backing layer. According to the structure of the backing layer of the ultrasonic transducer according to the present invention, echo signals reflected at the boundaries between the plurality of materials with different acoustic impedances are cancelled out by a phase difference so that the acoustic energy input through the backing layer can be attenuated, which makes it possible to manufacture a light or compact acoustic transducer.La présente invention concerne un transducteur à ultrasons pourvu dune couche de support constituée dune pluralité de matériaux présentant des impédances acoustiques différentes, ainsi quun procédé de fabrication associé.
