摘要：: A synthetic polymer film (34A), (34B) having a surface which has a plurality of first raised portions (34Ap), (34Bp), wherein a two-dimensional size of the plurality of first raised portions (34Ap), (34Bp) is in a range of more than 20 nm and less than 500 nm when viewed in a normal direction of the synthetic polymer film (34A), (34B)； and the surface has a microbicidal effect.本發明係具備具有複數個第1凸部(34Ap)、(34Bp)之表面之合成高分子膜(34A)、(34B)，自合成高分子膜(34A)、(34B)之法線方向觀察時，複數個第1凸部(34Ap)、(34Bp)之二維大小處於超過20nm且未達500nm之範圍內，且表面具有殺菌效果。
