PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that conventional agricultural mulch sheets of which main raw material is derived from petroleum, cause global warming and environmental pollution due to exhaustion of large amount of carbon dioxide at the time of incineration disposal after use, and are expensive as their main raw material is petroleum.SOLUTION: Provided is an environmentally friendly mulch sheet for agriculture having thickness of 50-15 μm, wherein a pellet which is obtained by compounding 70-90% by weight of inorganic mineral powder such as an inexpensive limestone and 30-10% by weight of a resin of dyed high density polyethylene, polypropylene and the like, is used.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の農業用マルチシートは主原料を石油由来ということから、使用後に廃棄し焼却処分する際に大量の二酸化炭素を排出することになり、地球温暖化や環境汚染を招くという問題があった。また、石油が主原料であることから高価であることも問題である。【解決手段】 安価な石灰石等の無機鉱物粉末70~90重量%と染色された高密度ポリエチレンやポリプロピレンの樹脂30~10重量%を配合したペレットを用いた厚さ50~15μmの環境に優しい農業用マルチシートを提供する。
