PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide greening material holding bacteria in high density through finding out raw material facilitating proliferation of symbiotic microorganisms by solving the following problem: symbiotic microorganisms such as ectomycorrhizal fungus are hard to take stable effect because of depending on affection from soil microorganisms originally growing in the soil or soil characteristics.SOLUTION: The greening material is obtained by finding out that mild acidic or acidic carbonized material, namely woody heat-treated substance, holds symbiotic microorganisms in high density so as to hold the symviotic microorganisms such as VA mycorrhizal fungi, ectomycorrhizal fungi and Ericoid mycorrhizal fungi. A method for producing the greening material and a method for using the greening material are provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】外生菌根菌などの共生微生物は、土壌中にもともと生息する土壌微生物の影響や土壌の特性によって、安定した効果を得ることが難しかったので、これらの共生微生物の増殖が容易な素材を見出し、菌を高密度に保持した資材を作出することが課題であった。【解決手段】弱酸性乃至酸性である炭化物すなわち木質熱処理物に共生微生物を高密度に保持することを見出し、VA菌根菌、外生菌根菌及びエリコイド菌根菌などの共生微生物を保持してなる緑化資材及びその製造方法並びにその使用方法を提供するに至った。【選択図】なし
