PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical ultrasonic transducer capable of being attached and applied along a curved surface in a complicated shape of a head part surface and irradiating a patient with ultrasonic vibrations over a wide frequency range.SOLUTION: The medical ultrasonic transducer 10 is configured by arranging, at an interval L, a first transducer 20 (transducer system A) having a positive electrode 11a formed on the first surface of a PVDF film laminated body 11 and a negative electrode 11b formed on the second surface and a second transducer 30 (transducer system B) having a positive electrode 21a formed on the first surface of a PVDF film laminated body 21 and a negative electrode 21b formed on a second surface, and enclosing viscous liquid 41 such as liposome including fine bubbles 41a of PFe between the opposing surfaces of the first and second transducers. A patient can be irradiated with a plurality of ultrasonic waves &delta over a wide frequency range in which ultrasonic waves &gamma generated by the collapse of the fine bubbles 41 by the drive of the transducer system A and/or the transducer system B, the ultrasonic waves &alpha of the transducer system A and the ultrasonic waves &beta of the transducer system B are combined.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 頭部表面の複雑な形状の曲面に沿って密着適用でき、広い周波数範囲にわたる超音波振動を患者に照射できる医療用超音波振動子を提供する。【解決手段】 医療用超音波振動子10は、PVDFフィルム積層体11の第1表面に正電極11a、第2表面に負電極11bを形成した第1の振動子20(振動子系A)とPVDFフィルム積層体21の第1表面に正電極21a、第2表面に負電極21bを形成した第2の振動子30(振動子系B)とを間隔Lを隔てて配置、第1及び第2の振動子との対抗面間に、PFeの微小気泡(バブル)41aを含むリポソーム等の粘性を有する液体41が封入されて構成される。振動子系A及び又は振動子系Bを駆動により微小気泡41aの崩壊で発生する超音波γと、振動子系Aの超音波α及び振動子系Bの超音波βが合成された広い周波数範囲にわたる複数の超音波δを患者に照射できる。【選択図】 図1
