PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient sterilization method or sterilization system of shellfishes.SOLUTION: A sterilization method of shellfishes comprises preparing seawater to a reservoir 12, sinking the shellfishes to the reservoir 12, and also making bubbles of oxygen gas be contained in the seawater reserved in the reservoir 12. The bubbles are less than 100 nm in diameter.
