PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument preventing deviation of operation wires loosened by a rotational operation.SOLUTION: The medical instrument (a catheter) includes a sheath part 10, a pair of operation wires 30, and a rotational operation part 60 that bends the sheath part 10 in a direction corresponding to the operation wires 30 pulled by rotational operation.
