PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bend a sheath tip to two directions according to movement of an operation wire holding handle in an axial direction.SOLUTION: Equipment to be inserted into a body is provided by fixing a linearly extended rear end of an operation wire 4a and a linearly extended rear end of an operation wire 4b, in which the rear end is rotated by a pulley 50, to a wire fixing part 42 to arrange the operation wires in a slide cylinder part 8 in a slender loop form. The wire fixing part 42 is fixed to an operation wire holding handle 7 and a relative interval between an axial position of the operation wire holding handle 7 and an axial position of a finger hook part 6 provided in the slide cylinder part 8 in which a rear end of a sheath 1 is fixed is made adjustable. In this configuration, said interval is made wider or narrower from a neutral state in which the sheath 1 is held linear, thereby causing traction of one of the rear ends of the operation wires to bend the tip of the sheath 1 to an upper direction or lower direction.
