The undergarment includes a waist band having an inner surface, an outer surface, a front side, a back side, a top portion, and a bottom portion, and a panel extending from the bottom portion of the back side of the waist band, the panel having a first end, a front portion, and a back portion. The first end of the panel is secured to the waist band by a suitable securing mechanism.
