PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cleaning a cover of a rotary massage without wetting a floor by a cleaning liquid.SOLUTION: A cover cleaning device cleans a cover 2 of a rotary tank in which a raw material meat is stored. The cover cleaning device includes: a cleaning tank 10 a cleaning pipe 12 attached inside the cleaning tank 10 a cleaning nozzle 13 attached to the cleaning pipe 12 so as to be directed to an inner surface of the cover 2 when the cover 2 is placed over the cleaning tank 10 and a supply means for supplying a cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzle 13 by guiding the liquid in the cleaning pipe 12 in the cleaning tank 10.
