A second storage container (200) stores the water flowing in from the first storage container in a supplying available state. A moisture supply valve (370) controls the amount of water supplied from the first storage container to the second storage container. A valve switch controls the on/off of the moisture supply valve. A power switch (350) controls the valve switch. A cover (110) is rotatably attached to an outer wall of the first storage container using a hinge (112).
