A product is described for use in periodontology, particularly for the treatment of periodontitis and peri-implantitis. The pharmaceutical product of the invention is composed of a first component consisting of a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol, an alginate and an antibiotic for periodontology in an aqueous solution, and optionally a second component, physically separated from the first component, which serves as a cross-linker for the first component and consisting of an aqueous solution of a salt of a divalent, trivalent or multivalent cation.La présente invention concerne un produit pour son utilisation en parodontologie, notamment pour le traitement de la parodontite et de la péri-implantite.
