The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling temperature and humidity using the temperature of underground water, and effectively inhibiting the generation of fungus while filtering carbon dioxide via a graphene filter to supply oxygen and nitrogen in a mushroom cultivation house. The present invention supplies the underground water into the mushroom cultivation house to control required temperature. The apparatus comprises: an air recovery pipe and an air supply pipe in the mushroom cultivation house, connected to an air supply device； a filter device using the graphene filter within the air supply device to connect the graphene filter directly to the air recovery pipe for filtering the carbon dioxide； a plasma device directly on the filter device to instantly burn fungal spores contained in the air passed through the filter device using plasma ion energy for performing sterilization； and a heat exchanger using the underground water, and installed next to the plasma device to heat or cool the air using the temperature of the underground water.본 발명은 버섯을 재배하는 하우스에 지하수 온도를 이용하여 온습도를 제어하고, 그래핀 필터를 이용하여 이산화탄소를 걸러 산소와 질소를 공급하면서 곰팡이 발생을 효과적으로 억제하도록 하는 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 지하수를 버섯하우스의 내부로 공급하여 필요한 온도를 제어하되, 버섯하우스에는 공기회수관과 공기공급관을 설치한 후 이를 공기 공급장치와 연결하며, 공기공급장치 내부에는 공기회수관과 바로 연결되도록 그래핀 필터를 이용한 필터장치를 설치하여 이산화탄소를 걸러내도록 하며, 필터장치의 바로 위에는 플라즈마장치를 설치하여 필터장치를 통과한 공기를 프라즈마 이온 에너지를 이용하여 순식간에 곰팡이 포자를 태워 멸균되도록 하며, 플라즈마장치의 다음에는 지하수를 이용한 열교환장치를 설치하여 지하수의 온도를 이용하여 공기를 가열 또는 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
