The present invention relates to a health management device of a companion animal, the health management device comprising: a sensing pad including a sensor for sensing a body state of a companion animal a feeding unit installed on the sensing pad and including a feed feeder and a water supplier a feed amount measuring sensor installed on the feed feeder a water level sensor installed on the water supplier a data storage for storing characteristic information and feeding information of the companion animal a control module for receiving data on a current body state of the companion animal sensed by the sensor, data on a remaining feed amount sensed by the feed amount measuring sensor, and water level data sensed by the water level sensor to compare the data with information stored in the data storage unit to generate a control signal and a notification module for receiving a control signal from the control module.
