PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of dry granulating and tableting valsartan, which is a method of producing tablets wherein the method minimizes mass variation among tablets, and which is also a simple production method making their industrial production possible.SOLUTION: A method of producing tablets wherein the method tablets a mixture of granules containing valsartan which are produced by dry granulation and additives for tableting, the method comprising the steps of: in the process of producing the granules produced by dry granulation, (a) roller pressing a mixture of valsartan and additives for granules such as low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, light anhydrous silicic acid, etc., (b) crushing the resultant flakes, (c) granulating, and (d) sieving the resultant granules with a sieve of 60-200 mesh, to obtain residual granules A and transitional granules B, and performing (a) and (b) above again in respect to B to obtain granules C produced by second dry granulation and tableting a mixture of A and C above and additives for tableting such as crystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, etc.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】バルサルタンを乾式造粒して打錠する方法に関し、錠剤間質量のバラツキを可能な限り小さくする錠剤の製造方法であって工業的生産可能な簡便製造法を提供すること【解決手段】バルサルタン含有の乾式造粒顆粒と打錠用添加剤との混合物を打錠する錠剤の製造方法であて、前記乾式造粒顆粒の製造工程において、バルサルタンと低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、軽質無水ケイ酸等の顆粒用添加剤との混合物を、(a)ローラー圧縮し、(b)生成したフレークを解砕、(c)整粒後、(d)60~200メッシュの篩で篩過することにより、残留顆粒Aと通過顆粒Bを得、Bについて再度前記(a)及び(b)の操作をして再乾式造粒顆粒Cを得、前記A、C及び結晶セルロース、ステアリン酸マグネシウム等の打錠用添加剤の混合物を打錠する方法。【選択図】なし
