CONSTITUTION: A conditioning shampoo composition contains biosurfactant, glyceryl quaternary ammonium cation surfactant of the chemical formula 1 and cationic polymer as active ingredient. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is alkyl group of 12-22 carbon atoms, branched alkyl group or alkenyl group, R2 and R3 are independently alkyl group of 1-3 carbon atoms； and R4 is (CH2CHOHCH2O)nH.
