The present invention relates to a body traction device for rehabilitation treatments, comprising: a sheet member which has a hip sheet provided for a wearer to sit and a backrest sheet for supporting the back of the wearer； a support frame member which is installed in a rear surface of the hip sheet in order for the hip sheet to maintain a predetermined height； a wheel member which is installed in a rear surface of the support frame member in order to move the sheet member and the support frame member； a backrest member which is fixed to one side of the support frame member to support the backrest sheet； and a traction member which is installed in the sheet member or the backrest member to escalate a neck traction line installed in an upper side of the backrest member or the hip sheet.
