PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care wheelchair which facilitates smooth transfer to an automobile seat, a bed, etc., for a person having difficulty in walking unassisted and which is also simply structured.SOLUTION: The care wheelchair includes a seat surface sheet and a backrest surface sheet that are connected with each other through hinges. The seat surface sheet can be vertically raised or lowered by lift means arranged under the seat surface sheet. By tilting means for tilting a backrest frame, the backrest frame can be made to take an arbitrary attitude from a nearly vertical attitude to a nearly horizontal attitude. Both the regulation of lateral positional deviation and the adjustment of the vertical positional relation between the backrest surface sheet and the backrest frame are made possible. The backrest frame is made adjustable in the vertical length by sliding the upper end side in the extending direction. The surface skin of the seat surface sheet and the backrest surface sheet is made of an easy-to-slide material having less frictional resistance. The foregoing configuration solved problems of the care wheelchair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】自力で歩行することが困難な人を自動車シートやベッドなどに、より円滑かつ容易に移動させることができる共に、構成が簡易な介護用車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】座面シートと背凭れ面シートとを備える介護用車椅子であって、座面シートと背凭れ面シートとが蝶番を介して連結され、座面シートは座面シートの下方に配設したリフト手段により上下方向に昇降でき、背凭れフレームを傾動動作させる傾動手段により背凭れフレームを略垂直姿勢から略水平姿勢までの任意の姿勢をさせることができ、背凭れ面シートと背凭れフレームとの左右方向の位置ずれ規制及び上下方向の位置関係調整を可能とし、背凭れフレームは上端側を伸長方向でスライドさせることで背凭れフレームの上下方向の長さを調整可能とし、座面シート及び背凭れ面シートの表皮が摩擦抵抗の少ない滑りやすい材質からなる介護用車椅子により課題解決できた。【選択図】 図1
