PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet printing device which can significantly improve handleability at the time of performing the cleaning operation of a recording head or the replenishment operation to an ink tank.SOLUTION: A tablet printing device 10 comprises: conveyance means 16 which conveys a tablet T a printing unit 32 in which an ink tank 68 storing ink and a recording head 34 discharging droplets of the ink supplied from the ink tank 68 are integrally provided and fixing support means 50 which fixedly supports the printing unit 32 under the physical relationship in which a nozzle 77 faces the conveyance means 16.
