An ultrasonic probe device is provided. The ultrasonic probe device includes a sealed housing, a spiral tracks plate, a driving plate, a supersonic probe and a first shaft. The spiral tracks plate is disposed in the sealed housing. The spiral tracks plate includes a shaft hole and a planer spiral groove. The planer spiral groove is stretches outwardly from the central part of the spiral tracks plate. The driving plate is adjacent to the spiral tracks plate. The driving plate includes a first groove and a rotary shaft hole. The supersonic probe includes a connecting cylinder, a sensing plane and a connecting plane. The connecting cylinder is connected to the connecting plane. The connecting cylinder passes through the first groove and the planer spiral groove, and the planar spiral groove provides a plane running track for the sensing plane of the ultrasonic probe.
