The present invention provides a before-use mixingcontainer in which it is possible to easily perform a mixingoperation for two types of medicinal solutions and it is notuntil a mixing operation is performed that a medicinalsolution is extracted for use from inside a container. Themixing container includes a main body, an adapter, a movableplug and a guide cap. The main body contains a first medicinalsolution. The adapter includes an inner tube that contains asecond medicinal solution. Theplug keeps the secondmedicinal solution in the adapter by blocking a lower endopening of the inner tube. Relative rotation of the guide capmoves the plug to open the opening and enabling mixing of thefirst and second medicinal solutions.
