PURPOSE: A dental charger is provided to efficiently heat fillers by reducing heat loss and to treat a patient safely. CONSTITUTION: A dental charger comprises a filler cartridge(50), a heating unit(20), a needle member(30), a rotary unit, a piston unit, and an operating unit. The filler cartridge is detachably combined with the front end of a charger body and accommodates fillers. The heating unit heats fillers in an induction heating manner. The needle member is combined with the heating unit and discharges fillers to the outside. The rotary unit is combined with the heating unit and rotates the inside of the charger body. The piston unit pressurizes the rear of the filler cartridge to discharge fillers.
