The present invention relates to a surgical suturing tool. The surgical suturing tool is used in suturing of the affected area after a surgical procedure, by comprising: a pair of holding members which are connected with each other by a hinge shaft on an XY plane in order to relatively rotate to each other, in which a holding insertion unit for inserting a finger of an operator is placed at one end thereof, respectively, and in which a holder unit for gripping a needle is placed at the other end thereof, respectively； and a cutting member which is connected with one of the pair of holding members in order to rotate on a plane at right angles to the XY plane, in which a blade is formed to cut a suturing thread, and which includes a cutting insertion unit positioned between the pair of holding insertion units. Therefore, the surgical suturing tool allows one operator to easily and conveniently suture the affected area only with one tool.본 발명은 외과용 봉합 기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 외과용 봉합 기구는, 외과적인 시술 후 환부를 봉합하기 위해 사용되는 것으로, XY 평면상에서 힌지축에 의해 서로 상대회전 가능하게 연결되며, 각각 일단에는 시술자의 손가락이 삽입되는 홀딩용 삽입부가 마련되고 타단에는 니들을 파지하기 위한 홀더부가 마련되어 있는 한 쌍의 홀딩부재들； 및 상기 XY 평면과 직교하는 평면상에서 상기 한 쌍의 홀딩부재들 중 어느 하나에 회전 가능하게 연결되고, 봉합사를 절단하기 위한 날이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 한 쌍의 홀딩용 삽입부들 사이에 위치하는 절단용 삽입부를 구비하는 절단부재；를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
