PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus capable of visually recognizing the shape and position of a skin clearly.SOLUTION: A skin extraction part 41 extracts a skin from an X-ray image acquired by photographing under a low X-ray condition, and an emphasis part 42 emphasizes the skin in the X-ray image acquired by actual photographing on the basis of the position of the extracted skin, and the emphasized image is displayed in a monitor 6. Since the extracted skin is emphasized and the emphasized image is displayed in the monitor 6 by a display control part 43, the shape and position of the skin whose visual recognition has been difficult can now be recognized clearly, and as in a treatment technique of a nerve block, for example, the depth of a needle of an injection syringe inserted into the lumbar spine can easily be grasped. Consequently, the shape and position of the skin can be visually recognized in the monitor 6 clearly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮膚の形状や位置を明確に視認することができるX線透視撮影装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】低いX線条件で撮影して得られたX線画像から皮膚抽出部41は皮膚を抽出し、強調部42は、抽出された皮膚の位置に基づいて、本撮影で得られたX線画像中における皮膚を強調し、当該強調された画像をモニタ6に表示する。抽出された皮膚を強調し、表示制御部43は、当該強調された画像をモニタ6に表示することによって、視認し難かった皮膚の形状や位置を明確に視認可能となり、例えば神経ブロックの治療法のように腰椎に挿入する注射器の針の深度が把握しやすくなる。その結果、モニタ6上で皮膚の形状や位置を明確に視認することができる。【選択図】図1
