PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly observe an ocular fundus region that an examiner desires to see.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic photographing apparatus includes a scanning means for scanning measurement light emitted to an eye to be examined, an optical path difference changing means for changing the optical path difference between reference light and the measurement light, and an interference optical system for continuously acquiring tomographic images by receiving interference light obtained by synthesizing the reference light and the measurement light. In the ophthalmic photographing apparatus, a control means changing the scanning position of the measurement light by controlling the scanning means based on an operation signal output from a pointing device while the tomographic image is displayed on a display means as a moving picture and displays the tomographic image acquired after changing the scanning position on the display means as a moving picture is provided.
