PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a regent for measuring an anti-gelatin antibody in blood, gelatin animal species and its fraction to be its allergen, and a technique about gelatin obtained from only a specific animal and the food/medicine added with the same.
SOLUTION: The method of measuring the anti-gelatin antibody comprises: the method and the regent for measuring the anti-gelatin antibody in the blood and its original animal species using immunoreaction the method and the regent for measuring the anti-specific fractional gelatin antibody using the immunoreaction the method of an intracutaneous reaction and its injection drug a patch reaction method using the gelatin and its injection drug the method and the regent for measuring the existence of gelatin in the food/regent and its original animal species and the gelatin originated from specific animal, and the food/regent added with the same.
