PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal capturing trap of a tying trap type, whose entire body is small and thin, and which is easy in installation of laying a trap, can be installed in a narrow space while keeping a current condition as much as possible, also does not cause "idle operation", and has a high capturing success rate when operated.SOLUTION: An animal capturing trap 1 comprises: a tread board assembly 2 in which rope hooking arms 5A and 5B are swingably attached to a tread board 4 and are swung upward when the tread board is pressed down by a capturing target animal, causing a tip tying part 72 of wire rope means 70 wound around the outer peripheries of the rope hooking arms to slip upward and be tightened and a cylindrical housing container 3 whose upper part is opened, and which houses the tread board assembly therein for being installed in a predetermined position. When the tread board assembly is mounted in the housing container, the members constituting the tread board assembly do not protrude outside of the housing container, except a portion where the wire rope means is drawn out from the side of the housing container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】捕獲用罠全体が小型であり、且つ、薄型とされ、罠を仕掛けるための設置作業が容易であり、狭い場所にも、現状を出来るだけ維持した状態で設置することができると共に、「空はじき」がなく、作動時の捕獲成功率が高い括り罠方式の動物捕獲用罠を提供する。【解決手段】踏み板4にロープ掛けアーム5A、5Bが揺動自在に取り付けられ、捕獲動物が踏み板を下方に押下することにより、ロープ掛けアームが上方へと揺動してロープ掛けアームの外周囲に巻回されたワイヤーロープ手段70の先端わさ部72が上方へと抜け出て絞り込まれる踏み板組立体2と、踏み板組立体を内部に収容して所定位置に載置するために、上方が開口された筒状の収納容器3と、を備えた動物捕獲用罠1であって、踏み板組立体が収納容器に載置されたとき、ワイヤーロープ手段の収納容器の側方外方へと取り出された部分を除いて、踏み板組立体を構成する部材が収納容器から外方へと突出することがない。【選択図】図1
