A homologous dual-energy accelerator (2) and a therapy apparatus containing the homologous dual-energy accelerator (2), comprising: an electron emission apparatus (21) and an acceleration apparatus (22), wherein the electron emission apparatus (21) is located at an input end of the acceleration apparatus (22), and electrons produced thereby, after being accelerated by the acceleration apparatus (22), are emitted from an output end of the acceleration apparatus (22). The homologous dual-energy accelerator (2) further comprises at least one separation deflection apparatus (23), wherein same is arranged on one side of the output end of the acceleration apparatus (22) for changing a motion track of some of the electrons accelerated by the acceleration apparatus (22). After the electrons are accelerated by the acceleration apparatus (22), the electrons do not have a completely identical speed and energy.
