PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip saw for a bush cutter having distortion prevention means, when brazing a chip, capable of preventing (suppressing) distortion and deformation of an outer peripheral edge of a knife blade by heating.SOLUTION: A chip saw 1 for a bush cutter includes multiple chip mounting parts 5 that are formed at equal intervals on an outer peripheral part 4 of a circular knife blade 2 that has a mounting hole 3 to be mounted on a bush cutter bored at the central position, and chips that are fixed to the chip mounting parts 5. Outer peripheral parts 4 between the chip mounting parts 5 are linearly or curvedly formed from a rotating-direction tip end side to a rear end side in the direction of approaching to the mounting hole 3.
