PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program each for controlling fertilizer application enabling easy and appropriate management of an amount of fertilizer to be applied according to the growth condition of crops.SOLUTION: The device for controlling fertilizer application 50 and the program for controlling fertilizer application, set an amount of fertilizer to be applied for the day based on a fertilizer application amount data row D varying according to the number of days elapsed from the day when a crop 1 is fix-planted, and correct deviation between the fertilizer application amount data row D and the growth condition of the crop 1 under actual cultivation on the basis of growth-assisting information input by a worker.
