Thus, a fertilization map generation system that is equipped with a growth sensor (21), a GPS device (22), and a growth information storage unit (31) for storing data, and generates a fertilization map on the basis of the growth data and the location data stored in the growth information storage unit (31), the system being further equipped with: a growth-state calculation unit (calculation processing unit 34) for obtaining the state of growth for each pre-set field area, on the basis of stored data which is obtained by driving a tractor (20) through the field and storing location data and growth data in the growth information storage unit (31); a basal fertilization amount calculation unit (calculation processing unit 34) for obtaining a basal fertilization amount for each area on the basis of the state of growth in each area; and a map generation unit (35) for generating a fertilization map indicating the basal fertilization amount for each area obtained by the basal fertilization amount calculation unit.
