Preparation method of copolymer elastomer and its application wherein the copolymer elastomer is biodegradable and has a relatively low degradation rate
Provided is a copolymer elastomer, which is prepared by means of block copolymerization on materials including a biodegradable poly-glycerol sebacate and a poly-3-hydroxy-butyrate-diol which is a derivative from performing an alcoholysis on a poly-3-hydroxy-butyrate. When the amount of poly-3-hydroxy-butyrate-diol added in the process is getting increased, the degree of swelling of the copolymer elastomer is increased, and the tensile and compressive strength test is enhanced. Furthermore, biodegradation experiments verify that the copolymer elastomer is biodegradable and the poly-3-hydroxy-butyrate-diol can slow down the degradation rate of the elastomer. The preparation method of copolymer elastomer includes the steps of: first mixing poly-glycerol sebacate (PGS), modified small molecule of poly-3-hydroxy-butyrate (PHB) capable of being reacted with carboxyl group (COOH), and glycerin in a nitrogen atmosphere then, placing the mixture in an oil bath and, after complete dissolution, performing heating and stirring for 24 hours then, removing a colloidal pre-polymer, and adding 1.5 times the volume of acetone and stirring for 4 hours then, uniformly pouring the solution into a Teflon mold and placing the mold into a fume hood to volatilize acetone then placing the mold in an oven, performing vacuuming for 30 minutes and keeping the mold stationary for 48 hours and then removing the mold and cooling down to the room temperature so as to obtain the copolymer elastomer (PGS-co-PHB).一種共聚彈性體,包括一生物可降解材料之聚癸二酸甘油酯與一醇解聚3-羥基丁酸酯之衍生物雙羥基聚3-羥基丁酸酯以嵌段共聚方式製備,加入雙羥基聚3-羥基丁酸酯量越多,該共聚彈性體之膨潤度增加、抗拉與抗壓試驗提升,且生物降解實驗證實該共聚彈性體為一生物可分解材料且雙羥基聚3-羥基丁酸酯可減緩彈性體的降解速率。
