Described herein are compounds having Formula (I) or Formula (II): wherein each dashed line independently represents a saturated or unsaturated bond； R1 and R'1 are aryl or heteroaryl as defined herein； and R 2 and R' 2 are as defined herein. Further described is a method of inhibiting nuclear translocation of ERK1/2 in a cell, by contacting the cell with a compound having Formula (I) or Formula (II). The compounds may also be for use in treating a disease or disorder associated with nuclear translocation of ERK1/2.L'invention concerne des composés de formule I ou de formule II : Formule I Formule II dans lesquelles chaque ligne en pointillé représente indépendamment une liaison saturée ou insaturée； R et R' représentent un aryle ou un hétéroaryle tel que défini dans la description； et R2 et R'2 sont tels que définis dans la description. L'invention concerne en outre une méthode d'inhibition de la translocation nucléaire d'ERK1/2 dans une cellule, par la mise en contact de la cellule avec un composé de formule I ou de formule II.
