The present invention relates to a composition including cycloartenyl ferulate to inhibit cancer metastatis, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition and a food composition for the inhibition of cancer metastasis, which includes cycloartenyl ferulate as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, cycloartenyl ferulate included as an active ingredient in the pharmaceutical composition and the food composition inhibits the phosphorylation of an ERK1/2 protein and practically inhibits the migration of cancer cells.
