PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine leakage prevention band capable of preventing urinary incontinence and promoting urination without feeling of residual urine. SOLUTION: The belt is provided with a retractable belt, a pair of male and female surface fasteners 3 fixed to both ends of the belt, and a urethral compression protrusion 4 fixed inside the belt, and the belt is stretchable around the penis. A urine leakage prevention band to be attached, and a cushion layer 1 having flexibility was attached to the inside of the belt.
