PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small diaper that prevents pain to a wearer, can be easily worn and is prevented from coming off easily.SOLUTION: A small diaper 1 includes: a bag-shaped cap 10 having the urine absorption function for absorbing urine and covered on a glans of a penis and a fixing cylinder 20 connected and fixed in the vicinity of a cap opening 15 of the bag-shaped cap 10 while one first opening 21a is positioned in a bag-shaped cap 10 and the other second opening 21b is positioned in the outside of the bag-shaped cap 10, and worn and fixed to the penis during wearing.
