PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occurrence of an artifact caused by noise in an image processing device for acquiring phase information based on a pattern image.SOLUTION: An image processing device for acquiring an image having electromagnetic wave phase information from a periodic pattern image generated by the interference of an electromagnetic wave includes: acquisition means for acquiring a pattern image first conversion means for converting the pattern image to a spectrum in a wave number space filter means that applies a filter that cuts a component included in a predetermined cut area to the spectrum and second conversion means for converting the spectrum after filtering to an image having phase information.
