A guide for flexible bone drill comprises a first body (2) provided internally with a through channel (4), and a second body (3), that is internally hollow, into which the first body (2) can be inserted. The second body is provided with a through hole (6) suitable to be placed in fluidic connection with the through channel (4) of the first body (2). The second body (3) and the first body (2) slide relative to one another to vary the relative position of the hole (6) with respect to the through channel (4), thus changing the exit angle of the flexible bone drill (10) which is inserted into the through channel (4) in the first body (2) and emerges from the through hole (6) in the second body (3).Un guide pour foret à os flexible comprend un premier corps (2) pourvu intérieurement d'un canal traversant (4), et un second corps (3), qui est creux à l'intérieur, dans lequel le premier corps (2) peut être inséré.
