PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen the flow of a solution while securing space on the back face of a plate body, thereby enhancing an oxygen supply function and enhancing a plant raising function.SOLUTION: A planting plate for hydroponic culture includes a plate body 1 made of resin and floated on the liquid surface of a culture solution in a tank, the plate body 1 having a plurality of planting holes 2 therethrough in which plant seedlings are to be planted. A plurality of rod-shaped floating protruding portions 10 each having an axis Q in the direction of the back face of the plate body 1 and forming space between the liquid surface and the planting holes 2 by floating the plate body 1 are provided to protrude from the back face of the plate body 1. The plurality of planting holes 2 are provided in a regular manner, and the plurality of floating protruding portions 10 are provided regularly and protrusively on the back face where no planting hole 2 is formed. A plurality of lines of planting holes 2 are provided at predetermined intervals in one direction, and a plurality of lines of planting holes 2 are provided at predetermined intervals in the other direction.
