PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cooking oil to be used in a microwave oven that enables easy, rapid cooking using a microwave oven.SOLUTION: Cooking oil to be used in a microwave oven is composed of salad oil prepared from at least one of rapeseed oil and soybean oil, and a fat component containing sesame oil and is used by spraying to a heat-resistant container. The blending ratio of the salad oil and the sesame oil is 4:1 in the cooking oil. Preferably, the fat component of the cooking oil contains olive oil.
