PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfectant composition which has an excellent sterilization property against resistant bacteria such as genus Paenibacillus which shows strong resistance towards peracetic acid, has good compatibility with a rubber packing, is low-foaming, and shows good rinsability due to little foaming.SOLUTION: The disinfectant composition comprises (A) peracetic acid, (B) hydrogen peroxide, (C) acetic acid, as well as (D) at least one selected from compounds represented by the general formula (I) and (E) at least one selected from sorbic acid and sorbic acid salts.
