PURPOSE: A method for preparing bone compositions, bone compositions prepared by the same, and an artificial bone including the same are provided to improve osteoconductivity and quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing bone compositions comprises the following steps: preparing an organic-inorganic composite by mixing one or more carrier materials selected from a calcium aqueous solution, phosphoric acid, gelatin, collagen, chondroitin sulfate, and glycosaminoglycan with one or more bonding regulating materials selected from chitosan, dextrin, polyvinyl acrylate (PVA), polyacrylamide (PAA), and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) at pH 6.5-8.5； filtering and drying the organic-inorganic composite under carbon dioxide-free atmosphere. The organic-inorganic composite includes a compound including Ca and P, a carrier material, and a bonding regulating material. 본 발명은 골 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 이를 제조하는 방법은 이산화탄소 비함유 분위기에서, 칼슘 수용액； 인산； 담체물질； 및 결합조절물질；의 혼합물을 공침시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 일 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 체내에 이식되었을 때 높은 기계적 강도와 화학적 안정성을 제공하며, 골재생성(osteoconductivity)이 높고, 생물체 뼈조직과 유사한 다공질을 나타내어 인공골 등으로 적용되었을 때 우수한 품질을 나타내는 골 조성물을 제조 및 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이를 포함하는 인공골은 체내 이식 또는 골접합 시술에 있어서 현저히 개선된 활용도와 품질을 나타낸다.
