The invention relates to difluorocyclopropane compounds, methods for their manufacture, and their uses for example as medicaments. According to one aspect, there is provided a compound of general formula (I): wherein X and Y are phenyl groups, one of which is substituted by an ethoxyamine basic side chain； R1 and R2 are independently selected from H or a C1-C6 alkyl group； and wherein one or each of X and Y, and the or each C1-C6 alkyl group, are optionally substituted or further substituted by one or more alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, alkenyl, alkynyl or alkylamino radicals of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and/or by one or more fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodo, hydroxy, oxyalkyl, amino, aminoalkyloraminodialkyl radicals.L'invention concerne des composés difluorocyclopropanes, des procédés pour leur fabrication, et leurs utilisations, par exemple en tant que médicaments.
